PureScan Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PureScan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• PRO Features: Grants access to unlimited multi-page scanning, unlimited local Vision OCR extractions, physical shadow removal, watermark-free PDF exports, and dual-layer Spotlight searchable PDFs.
• Auto-Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID Account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• 3-Day Free Trial: Cancel anytime during the trial period in Apple ID Settings at no cost.
• Lifetime Access: Pay once for permanent access to all current and future PRO features.

3. User Ownership & Responsibility

You retain 100% ownership of all scanned documents. You are responsible for ensuring that your scanning and sharing of documents comply with local legal regulations.

4. Security Watermark Disclaimer

PureScan security watermarking is provided as-is to help deter identity theft. The developer is not liable for unauthorized third-party misuse of shared documents.
